Basecamp Clone Project Pier Theme
BaseQamp Free Download
Unzip this folder and upload it into your public/assets/themes directory. Then, choose “BaseQamp” from your Theme configuration menu [ Dashboard » Administration » Configuration » General ] and your Project Pier Installation will similar to Basecamp.
I actually made this for ActiveCollab 0.7.1 back when it was open source, but it works, tested, on Project Pier 0.8.3
